一,首款小米汽车四季度闪亮登场
据报道,8月14日晚7点整,雷军将举办年度演讲,有望发布小米汽车最新进展。
小米汽车今年四季度一定亮相,据可靠消息小米汽车的交付中心已经陆续在各个城市铺开,小米是采取销售和交付中心完全独立分离的模式,是一款类似保时捷帕拉梅拉的车型,听试驾过的内部人员说性能及其强悍媲美特斯拉models,但是恐怖的是营销天才雷军先生似乎把首款小米汽车的定价定在了20万左右,真正的价格屠夫要来了!
小米汽车将携手理想汽车成为国内性价比最高的TOP2车企,理想已经接近做到垄断20万~60万的家用suv领域绝对王者车企。小米有机会做成垄断20万到60万的性能轿跑领域王者车企。只是小米面对的对手更加强悍,特斯拉model3,比亚迪汉系列等等,但是相信小米汽车最终会突破重围!
二,小米汽车绝对是市场重磅炸弹

作为亲眼目睹小米崛起的一代人,我太明白雷军的想法了。小米的战略肯定和小米第一代手机一样。第一款车型雷军会亏钱卖车,只求快速引爆市场,让大街上都能看到小米汽车。有人说小鹏蔚来也亏钱啊,性质完全不同,小鹏是研发成本投入高导致亏,蔚来是服务换电站导致亏,卖车都还是有毛利的。而小米的路线是轻研发,能用供应商现成的绝不自己研发。然后整车毛利极低。

第二,就是耍猴,用明年供应链的价格,卖今年的货。目前汽车行业就像十几年前的手机,一年一个变化,大趋势肯定是越来越便宜,比如电池续航,高算力芯片。小米会直接以明年供应链的价格来给今天的产品定价,再加上本身极低的毛利,第一款车绝对性价比秒杀一众对手。比如续航直接顶到800公里,采用800v平台,免费的自动驾驶,座椅通风按摩等配置拉满,直接卖14.9。相信市场会直接爆掉,锁定大量订单,然后等到第二年慢慢交付。从此在新能源汽车市场占据一席之地。
三,小米布局汽车产业链

小米汽车核心硬件体系方案,电池低阶用400V平台+比亚迪磷酸铁锂电池、高阶用800V平台+宁德时代麒麟电池;电控则使用的联电和汇川技术。

小米汽车工厂的进度,其在北京亦庄的小米汽车工厂项目一期工厂今年6月竣工,二期则计划在2024年3月开工,2025年3月竣工,两期工厂均规划了15万辆的年产能。

事实上,小米企图藉由造车开启第三成长曲线,倒并非跟风,更似一场早有筹谋的布局千里。

过去几年,小米虽未入局造车,但在供应链全链条进行了全面投资。

早在2013年,雷布斯就曾两次去美国拜访马一龙,受到启发,开启了汽车投资之旅。

2014年11月,顺为资本(雷军作为co-founder的风投)作为联合发起人,参与了蔚来汽车的创立。2017年,顺为资本投资了小鹏汽车。2019年,新能源遇冷,车企压力骤增,顺为资本又送上救命钱,力保蔚来小鹏。

除投资整车外,雷军已经通过顺为资本、小米集团、小米长江产业资金等“多驾马车”,开始了汽车圈投资布局。除慧眼独具押宝三电系统外(例如投资了包括赣锋锂业在内的多家电池厂商),小米在智能感知、自动驾驶、算法、cmos硬件、HUD等智能化方向的投资也逐步形成规模。

此外,小米集团自2011年以来,共投资20家左右涉及车后服务提供的企业,业务涉及领域广泛,包括出行服务、汽车交易、物流配送、智能车险、汽车维修、智慧停车、生命周期解决方案。

这样全面布局的产业链供应链,不可谓不是“兵马未动,粮草先行”。在雷军的构想下,入局新能源汽车可以帮助小米打造从个人设备到智能家庭、智能办公,再到智能出行的全链路生态,而这三者分别对应了小米的手机、IoT和汽车业务。

从目前小米汽车在整个产业链的布局来看,以及小米在软件算法上的优势,明年发布的第一款小米汽车确实挺值得期待的。

不过,留给小米的时间不多了,留给小米汽车的市场空间,似乎也益发拥挤。
乘联会预测,2023年新能源乘用车的市场渗透率将达36%。与此同时,研究机构统计,2023年中国将有大约100款新能源汽车上市,多于2022年的70款。也就是说,随着新能源汽车渗透率的增速越来越快,小米汽车们将和更成熟的智能汽车产品在有限的时间窗口内,争夺为数不多的市场份额,这要求小米拿出在定价和智能化等方面都更具竞争力的产品。
四,多家公司透露与小米汽车有合作:

1,奥联电子:

在投资者互动平台表示,公司与特斯拉、小米汽车、理想汽车、蔚来汽车均有在接触,相关合作意向商谈中。公司更是在2021年报中提到,已经进入小米汽车等新能源汽车供应商体系。

2,博俊科技:

在投资者互动平台表示,公司与小米汽车已在接触,与小米汽车主要在汽车零部件方面接触。

3,美力科技:

在投资者互动平台表示,目前公司与小米汽车处于前期开发接触中,会根据小米的进程推进。

4,普路通:

小米是公司的重要客户,公司关注小米汽车进度。三三智能表示,公司将持续跟踪小米汽车厂的研发生产进展情况,公司将利用人才、技术、项目管理等优势为公司争取更多的订单。

5,三花智控:

表示公司正积极推进与小米的合作。瑞鹄模具表示公司正与小米汽车积极接洽中。凌云股份表示,公司在紧密关注小米汽车公司动态。

6,智云股份:

表示将积极拓展进入小米新能源汽车供应链的机会。埃斯顿在机构调研中表示,小米汽车是公司的目标客户,也已经建立与小米的沟通交流。

7,三丰智能:

互动平台实锤的小米汽车,公开承认争取更多订单,也就是现在已经有订单了。作为武汉本地股,小米汽车武汉总部也在这里,近水楼台先得月的道理大家都懂。
